Ingredients:


1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers – for relaxation and calm

1 tbsp dried orange peel – brightens mood and aids digestion

1 tsp dried ginger root – warms and stimulates circulation

1 tsp cinnamon chips – comforting and festive

1 tsp dried rosemary – clears the mind and honors remembrance

1 tsp dried sage – grounding and cleansing, symbolic of gratitude

½ tsp cloves – aromatic, warming, and deeply comforting

Optional: a pinch of nutmeg or a few dried cranberries for sweetness and color


Optional Additions:

A drizzle of local honey or maple syrup

A splash of apple cider for a spiced harvest twist


Instructions:


1. Combine all herbs in a teapot or heat-safe jar.

2. Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the blend.

3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

4. Strain and serve in your favorite mug.

5. Add honey or apple cider if desired, and take a deep, thankful breath before sipping.
