Resilience and Forgiveness is a heart opening, uplifting herbal blend crafted for the moments when you need both strength and softness at the same time. Rose petals to tend to the emotional heart with gentleness and love. Hawthorn berries to strengthen and protect while keeping the heart open. Motherwort to calm the nervous system and steady the heart during times of stress and grief. Milky oat tops to deeply nourish a depleted nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long. And lavender to soften the edges of even the hardest days.
This is not a tea that asks you to forgive before you are ready or to be resilient before you have grieved. It is a tea that sits beside you while you find your way there.
Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Sip slowly. Let the herbs hold you for a little while.
