Hibiscus and rose hips bring a powerful hit of vitamin C and antioxidants. Lemongrass adds a bright uplifting note while supporting the body’s natural defenses. Lemon peel brings citrusy brightness and additional immune support. And cinnamon ties it all together with her warming, circulation boosting magic.
The result is a tart, bright, warming cup that tastes like it is doing something good for you. Because it genuinely is.
Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink at the first sign of seasonal sniffles or sip daily throughout the season as a nourishing immune tonic.
